cc444 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cc444 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available via the cc444 website at cc444.cam and any associated mobile or browser-based applications (collectively, the "Platform").

The following obligations apply to your cc444 account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your name;
• You must register one account only. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances;
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change — particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for two-factor authentication and account recovery;
• You must not allow any other person to use your cc444 account;

• cc444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

cc444 monitors login activity for anomalous patterns including logins from unrecognised devices or geographic locations. When such activity is detected, cc444 may trigger additional verification steps before granting account access. This is a security feature, not a penalty.

cc444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. cc444 does not accept third-party deposits. cc444 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources, and to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method before processing withdrawals.

cc444 does not add fees to deposits at the platform level. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges, for which cc444 bears no responsibility.

cc444 processes withdrawal requests from verified player accounts only. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit to your cc444 account;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes for mobile wallets and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable pending wagering requirements;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have cleared any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn;

cc444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the following general conditions applicable to all cc444 promotions:

• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance;
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified;

• cc444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

The following general rules apply to all gameplay and wagering activity on the cc444 Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or in the case of live casino, by the physical outcomes of live dealing and wheel-spinning processes conducted in certified studios;
• cc444's decision on the outcome of any game, bet, or wager is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures in Section 16;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned. cc444 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cc444 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any part of the cc444 Platform or its content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any cc444 software;
• Using the cc444 brand, logo, or any associated intellectual property in any manner that has not been explicitly authorised in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cc444's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of your cc444 account balance at the time the claim arises.

cc444 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of cause:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage;
• Platform unavailability due to circumstances beyond cc444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes outside of game outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Participation in any prohibited activity as set out in Section 9;
• Player self-exclusion or cooling-off request under Section 10;
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Upon account closure, cc444 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the original deposit method, after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances will not be returned. If account closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, cc444 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.

By registering an account, you consent to cc444 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account administration and identity verification;
• Payment processing and fraud prevention;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and compliance;
• Customer support communications;
• Regulatory reporting and Anti-Money Laundering compliance;
• Service improvement and anonymised analytics.

cc444 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data is shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and game software providers only to the extent necessary for platform operation and legal compliance.

cc444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — cc444 will provide reasonable notice of the changes via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Continued use of the cc444 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the cc444 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cc444 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the cc444 Platform, you are encouraged to follow this resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Contact cc444 Support: Submit your complaint via live chat or the cc444 support page. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days;
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Step 1, you may request escalation to cc444's Compliance and Player Protection team in writing. Escalated complaints will receive a final decision within 14 business days;
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Dispute Resolution: If you remain dissatisfied after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or licensed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider associated with cc444's gaming licence.

cc444's decision on any outcome-related dispute (i.e., disputes about the result of a game or wager) is final and binding, except where a manifest error has been demonstrated.
